Sorry this didn't help. I am having a similar problem. I go to msn. On my old Pc I am prompted for a username an pword. I enter xxxx. In my new I5 ultra with windows 8. It goes straight into my outlook account xxxx. As far as I can see I cant click to sign out and back I am stuck. I want to get to my msn account but outlook assumes my outlook account and does not give me a choice.
